Certain Hotmail servers are currently blacklisted with Spamcop. Spamcop is a spam reporting service owned by Cisco and is considered among the most reliable Spam reporting service on the Internet. Much of the emails sent by the Hotmail servers are blocked and rejected by our servers because Hotmail servers are currently being blacklisted by Spamcop, a service that Funio uses to manage incoming spam.
Hotmail technicians are aware of this situation and should be working actively to resolve the issue. For more information about this problem you can visit the Microsoft forums.
