Description: A network issue with our provider causes packet loss and errors with our funio.com and billing.funio.com sites. Our provider is currently working to resolve this issue. We will update this post once the issue is resolved.

Update: There was a denial of service attack on our provider’s network. Our provider identified the attack and they have put mitigation procedures in place. Service is back to normal

Description: One of our DNS servers and one of our hybrids Windows servers are down. Some websites that use ASP and ASP.Net are temporarily unavailable, but a technician is already on his way to our Data Center. If you are using our NS, your website should respond correctly, our DNS cluster will still process all your DNS requests.

When: Friday, April 9, 2021 at 2:00 pm EDT Description: There is a problem preventing us from being able to register new domains from our funio.com site at the moment. If you need to register a domain you can open a ticket and it will be done manually by our team. At the moment we don’t know when the problem will be resolved. The management and renewal of domains is not affected by this issue.
