Most of you have received our email communication explaining that Funio, an iWeb.com division, is now your only point of contact for your shared hosting needs. If you have not received this communication, you should receive it in the next few hours. In the last few months, we have went through a transitional period to create this new division.
Funio’s principal mandate is to evolve the shared hosting solutions by offering you a greater control and autonomy over your hosting management. In order to achieve this goal, everyone in the Funio team directs themselves towards achieving the following objectives:
- Provide you new hosting management tools that are simple and pleasant to use. The new domain management interface represents a first step towards the pursuit of this objective.
- Transmit our knowledge to you so you obtain a larger control. Our new Knowledge Base is a tool designed to reach this goal.
- Improve our technical support. The Funio team has doubled in the last 3 months and is now trained to intervene more efficiently.
- Stabilise infrastructures. Although we constantly work on these, many specific projects are planned in the next few months to reduce negative impacts on our customer’s websites. Note that our servers will remain at iWeb.com’s datacenters that figure in the most reliable around the globe.
- Offer constant product evolution. Many novelties are to be expected in the next months and you will be the first informed when the time comes.
Throughout the course of realizing all our objectives, the collaboration between you, our customers, and Funio is primordial. We are attentive to your suggestions and comments. Rest assured that we will evaluate every single request received individually and constructively to ultimately substantiate the objectives listed above.
Finally, we invite you once again to recognize the operational modifications that have been made to continue supporting your web hosting in the right interfaces, and obtain support when necessary.
