The fastest way to get support

As you may have noticed, we made a couple of changes on our website, and we added the support directly in the main menu. We hope it will make it fast and clear to create tickets if needed.

In this new tab of the menu, you will find links for our blog, our system status and our knowledge base.


More importantly, there is now a direct link to your Support Section in your Funio Hub. This is the fastest way to create a ticket and to get support. In more than 90% of cases, tickets created in the Funio Hub are answered within 30 minutes!

You will also find an access to our LiveChat, which is open on work days from 8 AM to 7 PM.

We hope this tiny makeover will make things easier for you and will complement well the addition of the support on the Funio App!
