As you surely know, the “Customer Hub” is an interface unique to Funio and the ideal tool to contact our support department, as well as manage your account and your products. Recently, new products have been added to our array of services (such as SSL Certificates and Funio CakeMail, our email marketing solution), but until now these products were not available for customers that did not own a Funio hosting plan. Not anymore!
If you wish to exploit your Web presence to its maximum, you can now do so with Funio! Starting now, our customers can obtain related products (SSL, Funio CakeMail, SpamShield) without first having a hosting plan. This is particularly interesting for our reseller customers that wish to provide complementary services to their own customers, but also for consultants or web developers that would like to offer more to their customer base.

We now present to you the recent modifications that have been made on the Funio Customer Hub that will allow you to gain access to the previously mentioned novelties.

The Contacts Section
Since the left-hand side menu has been removed, account contacts management, although still available at the bottom right, is now also present in the header, which facilitates accessibility. 
The Products Section
The Products section clearly identifies the number of products you have with Funio, such as hosting plans, domain names, SpamShield anti-spam services, Funio CakeMail email marketing services and SSL certificates. You will also notice that if there are any interventions to be made on a specific product, its category will display a yellow warning triangle. Finally, when you mouse-over these categories, you will be able to manage or add that type of product.
Products Overview
You can now select a product category and add it directly from the Customer Hub. The Products section is not only for managing products anymore, but also a platform from which you can easily, and without hassle, add related products. For each type of product, an overlay window was created to allow you to order the selected product within a simplified and intuitive process.
Product Management Page
When you manage a particular product (for example, your hosting plan), we regroup the products that have the same domain name for an easy consultation of the all your related products, like your domain name or your SSL certificate. You can now easily navigate between your different products, either for management or adding more.
The Funio Customer Hub is in constant evolution! Do not hesitate to inform us how we can improve this interface by telling us what you would like to see appear in it. It will always be a pleasure for us to look into it!
