2013 Survey Results : Ongoing Observations (Article 2/3)

This is the second article out of a series of 3 that relates our observations following the evaluation of the results found in a recent survey sent to all our customers. The previous article discussed the consistency of our services.

Improvement to our communications and our presence for our customers

All through last year, all our efforts have been oriented towards the optimization of our operations. Indeed, we have been concentrating our efforts on our customer interfaces, our providers, our customers service processes, our infrastructures and our products. It is not over yet! There is still a lot of work to be done, but we are already very satisfied with has been accomplished so far.

All these updates and optimizations might explain why little effort has been put on our communications. Indeed, our Newsletters and our Blog articles have an irregular if not sporadic frequency, and we have not been very active on social networks. In fact, our survey revealed that approximately 50% of our customers do not consider knowing Funio and its services; we must address this perception. Which is why you will see in the times to come a greater number of contacts from Funio, which means more frequent interactions between us and our customers, and the implementation of new means that will allow us to reduce the distance that separates us.

We also wish to improve the explanations that are transmitted to you when it comes to using our services. The majority of our customers prefer intervening themselves when they require hosting configurations or consulting their account. Interfaces like the “Customer Hub” and “Panelbox” offer a great deal of functionalities that allow our customers to intervene by themselves, however it seems that many of these functions remain unrecognized or barely used. We therefore wish to give even more control to our customers. In order to get there, we must further present and explain these tools that are made available to you.

Note: The next article speaks about the preservation of an excellent quality-price ratio.
