Major Improvements to our Billing System and Online Customer Hub!
Another step forward for Funio with this complete remodelling of our online account and billing management interface : the Customer Hub. We really hope you will enjoy its easy-to-use approach, as well as the newly added functionalities.
Visually purified, consistent and pleasant
Those of you who already use our online domain management interface know how much that interface has improved in the last year. We received so many positive feedbacks on it that we decided to use the same presentational style when we launched our new Assistance interface last June. For several months now, the Funio team has been working very hard to harmonize the rest of the Customer Hub with this new look, and now it is done. See for yourself!

Our designers think it looks amazing and should be sufficient to get everybody excited, but we also think features are important.
Notification system

Everything is about communications, so we created a simple notification platform to inform you of the actions required on your account. The “Action Required” bar appears on top of the Hub, containing different notifications. For example, when a domain name nears its expiry date or that its transfer requires your intervention, when an automated payment process failed, when a new order is pending payment, or if there is a server maintenance, etc. Clear instructions are provided for each action in order to efficiently guide you towards a quicker resolution of these tasks.
Billing management
We also thought about your accountant, so we simplified the transactions management interface by providing you with different display opportunities, as well as automated certain functions that had to be completed manually before. For example, one of the regularly requested features was to save a credit card on file to be re-used for new transactions, hence avoiding to enter it every single time. We listened to you and we did just that. Simply another way for us to make your life easier.
Product management

The Products section centralizes the different services you might have with Funio. It allows you to manage your products, such as modifying your billing cycle, upgrading/downgrading a plan, add additional options or even link to the product’s administrative interface. And it looks amazing.
