 Telephone

iWeb’s phone system will continue relaying the shared hosting support calls to us for the next few days. That means you should change that auto-dial to our new number immediately! We can now be reached at the following numbers:

  • Local and International : +1-514-64-FUNIO (1-514-643-8646)
  • Toll free in North America : 1-855-64-FUNIO (1-855-643-8646)

For anyone who wishes to reach us and would need to dial long distance to these numbers, you can fill in our contact form and specify you wish a callback by checking the box allocated to that effect.

Billing: iWeb and Funio

It is very important to note that all customers that have received an invoice from iWeb Technologies, or that had pending balances, until January 16th 2012 must issue payments to iWeb. Invoices created by Funio will contain payment links to our own payment processing systems as indicated in these invoices.

Web Presence

It is very important for us to be where our customers are : the web. It is also very important for us to have gateways of communication put into place to reach out to you. This is why this blog was created in the first place. We are also available via Twitter and Facebook!

Most importantly, we want to remind our customers that we are here to listen to what they have to say. These means of communications are present so you can tell us what we are doing right and wrong. We cannot wait to hear from you!
