If you need to register a domain you can open a ticket and it will be done manually by our team. At the moment we don’t know when the problem will be resolved. The management and renewal of domains is not affected by this issue.

Description: There is a network issue in a data center of our provider iWeb affecting servers from s001 to s058, s071 to s084, s211 to s244 and r015 to r020. All these servers could have degraded services and slowness. iWeb’s Network team is onsite, in the data center, working to isolate the suspected issue. There is currently no estimate on the resolution time of the issue.

Description: Global mail service issue caused by SpamCop RBL affecting reception of mail.

As of Sunday, January 31, 2021, at 10:31:56 UTC, the domain and all subdomains of spamcop.net resolve to a service of domain parking (Sedo Domain Parking). We remind you that Spamcop is one of the most used DNS blacklist providers on the Internet, which creates a global problem since any IP that consults the Spamcop RBL is included in its blacklist, therefore your mail is rejected by the incoming server.
