Description: A problem with our Cloud infrastructure affects several VPS servers. All those servers are unreachable at the moment or performances are degraded.  Our provider is working on the issue.

Update: Our Cloud provider is still looking into this issue and are working with SolidFire engineers to solve the issue. They have no ETA at the moment.

Update: The problem has been fixed by our Cloud provider and we have restarted the impacted VPS.

Description: An issue with very high I/O, Input/Output, on the disk of several VPS is causing slowness on those VPS which can render the sites very slow or even unavailable. It can also cause issues with the sending an receiving of emails.

We are in communication with our Cloud infrastructure provider regarding this issue.

Description: A problem between our servers and our provider OpenSRS prevents our system from registering, renewing and manage .Ca domains. If you need to do an update on a .Ca domain you can open a ticket and it will be done manually by our team. At the moment we don’t know when the problem will be resolved.
